African Heat

It is hot here. Really hot. And humid. The Romans call this "African Heat." I can see why. We went for a long walk today around the neighborhood. There are a couple of really cool parks nearby. At around 1 o'clock we were too hot to continue walking. To beat the heat, we joined all of the other Romans and took a siesta in the afternoon. Now that it has cooled down, we're going to visit the tortellini lady down the street. Fresh tortellini and vino bianco are the on the menu for tonight. Buon appetito!
